How do I book a home?
The best way to book with us is to call our Reservations team directly at 949-340-5464 so that one of our friendly, professional, reservationists can assist you. You can also request a booking on this website on any of our property pages , or by using our Contact Us page.

Do you list on other listing sites? Can I book there?
Yes, we do list our monthly furnished rentals on popular listing sites such as Zillow, Redfin, VRBO, Flipkey, and Airbnb and more. While you can book our properties online through other platforms, we recommend that you book directly with us. Many listing sites charge additional booking fees which we are unable to waive if you book through these platforms. If you book directly with us we are able to give you the lowest price.

What is your minimum night stay?
The minimum night stay for most of our properties is one month (usually 31 nights). Some properties may require a longer stay. See our individual property listings for more information.

Do You Take Credit Cards?
Yes. We take Visa and Master Card. We do not take American Express. To confirm your reservation we only accept credit cards. The confirmation deposit amount is 25% of the reservation total. We do offer the option to pay by check for your final payment if you are not within the 60 day reservation window. If you are within 60 days of your check-in a credit card will be required to pay the entire amount.

What fees I can expect when renting a furnished rental?
We charge a small booking fee to help cover administrative costs, as well as a cleaning fee and a damage deposit. These fees vary by property. As mentioned in the previous question, if you choose to book through VRBO or Airbnb you may face additional fees. For more information about fees at a specific rental property, please contact us .

Are the rentals child friendly?
Yes they are! We love having families stay with us. Since each rental is unique some properties may be a better fit for your family than others. We encourage you to call us at 949-340-5464 so that we can help you find the best property for you and your family. The number and ages of your children will help us direct you to the property that is best for you and your family.

Are the rentals business travel friendly?
Yes! Many of our furnished rentals include laptop-friendly work stations and some even have fully furnished offices. Again, we encourage you to call us at 949-340-5464 so that we can help you find the right location for you or your team.

Can I bring my pet with me?
At this time we do not have any properties that can accommodate pets.

What are the benefits of a home rental from OC Furnished Rentals?
At OC Furnished Rentals we only manage properties that are remodeled and up to date. The furnishings and decorating in each unit are chosen to help you feel like you are in YOUR home not someone else's. We also make sure that each unit is equipped with flat screen televisions, beach toys, new kitchen pans and cooking tools, matching dishes, glassware and silverware. Our friendly staff is interested in making sure everything is just right for your stay. If there is something that we can do to make your stay better please call our office and we will make every effort to fulfill your request.

In what locations do you have properties?
Currently we have furnished rentals in many cities along coastal Orange County and Southern California. However, we are currently expanding to all cities in Orange County. Each of our California vacation destinations has it's own unique vibe, so explore and find the beach town that is best for you!

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Your 25% deposit and final payment are non-refundable unless someone rents the days you had previously paid for. To protect your rental investment for reservations of three months or less we recommend the CSA Travel Insurance "Travel Protection" program listed under the Guest Services section of this website. This insurance protects your rental investment for many reasons including illness, death, travel delays and more. Ask your reservationist about this protection today.
